This intake manifold gasket is used on all 1965-81 oval port iron cylinder heads.



12363406	Intake Manifold, Oval Port for Holley Carburetors
This manifold is used for GM aluminum oval port heads used on all big-block Chevrolet engines with large oval port heads (1975 and prior), and all aluminum heads with oval ports. This manifold includes the latest design in dual-plane manifolds and has a Holley carburetor bolt pattern. Use intake manifold bolt kit P/N 12367959 which includes 16 bolts (8740 chrome moly 3/8"-16 x 1.5" with 3/8" hex head and 16 washers 5/8" O.D.), and manifold gasket kit P/N 12366985.
Technical Notes: Manifold has a bolt pattern for air conditioner brackets, late model water neck, and alternators. It will not fit production Corvettes, and it is necessary to check hood clearance on Chevelles. (Manifold height is 4.45".) This part is the same as P/N 12363420 except it is designed for use with the Holley carburetor

This manifold is the same as P/N 12363406 except it has been "CNC" port matched for GM aluminum oval port heads used on all big-block Chevrolet engines with large oval port heads (1975 and prior), and all aluminum heads with oval ports. This manifold includes the latest design in dual-plane manifolds and has a Holley carburetor bolt pattern. Use intake manifold bolt kit P/N 12367959 which includes 16 bolds (8740 chrome moly 3/8"-16" x 1.5" with 3/8" hex head and 16 washers 5/8" O.D.), and manifold gasket kit P/N 12366985.

This high rise intake manifold (spread bore with dual bolt pattern) is designed for all big-block Chevrolet 396/502ci engines with our current oval port aluminum heads for 1975 and earlier large oval port iron heads. This is the latest in design and technology in dual-plane manifolds. There are no provisions for a hot air choke, but it will accept a divorced choke or electric chokes on the carburetor.
Technical Notes: This manifold accepts air conditioning brackets and alternator brackets. It will not fit on many Corvette models with manifold height 6" at rear and 41/2" in front. (Check for hood clearance first.) Use intake manifold gasket P/N 12366985. Use intake bolt kit P/N 12367959.

12366985	Intake Manifold Gasket
This gasket is designed for big-block aluminum heads P/N 12363390, 12363392 and 12363399. Use with manifold P/N 12363406, 07, 20, 21.



12367959	Bolts, Intake Manifold
This bolt is for any big block Chevrolet engine. The kit includes 16 bolts: 3/8"-16 x 1.5". With wide under head flange with a 7/16 hex head, they are rated at 170,000 psi and will give a consistent torque load. Includes 16 hardened flat washers.
Technical Notes: Four of these washers are smaller in diameter and are used around the front water passages.

An oil splash shield improves engine performance by isolating the intake manifold from the hot engine oil in the lifter valley. This lowers the temperature of the fuel/air charge and increases its density.

This iron big-block 4BBL manifold will fit all 396/502ci engines with large oval port heads. Use oil splash shield P/N 346243 if required.



3933163	High Rise Intake Manifold, Rectangular Port
Your big-block Chevy will breathe easy with this high-rise aluminum intake manifold. This manifold's dual-plane design produces impressive low-speed torque and plenty of high-rpm horsepower. It can be used with high-performance cast iron and aluminum cylinder heads with rectangular intake ports. The carburetor mounting pad is machined for a standard flange Holley four-barrel.
Technical Notes: Used on LS-6 engine assembly P/N 366250 and 454 and 502 HO engine assembly. Ports do not match Bow Tie cylinder head P/N 14044861-2 and symmetrical port head P/N 10051128-9.
